This bugger was delivered while I was not home and the driver placed it at our front door. It took me forever to drag it down a step and into the garage. The only thing you need to do is add the casters and handle. I am 125 pound female, so needed help turning it over to add the casters. The tool to put them on with isn't the greatest, but we had other tools to help tighten the bolts. There were a few dents and dings, but nothing to affect the mechanisms.
