Nice Customer Service

Our company purchased 5 of these lockers for our employees to keep their belongings in.
Although our maintenance man had trouble putting them together; all and all it works great.
We did have an issue with the product... however, a nice Sales Director: Sophie Chao helped resolve the issue.
Issue we had: there were 4 duplicates of the same lock numbers.
I emailed the seller's customer service we would like replacements; I got a reply within minutes saying they will arrange and send out the replacements.
Although it took them a little while to send us replacements because of the fact they had to check they were not sending any duplicates and since they are far away, we were able to receive them.
We had to go back for extra instructions on how to replace the locks; we were sent instructions with pictures and a movie; which helped us greatly in successfully replacing the locks.

The size and dimension of each locker is as advertised. I bought this locker for employees and the size of each locker is just right for purses, lunchboxes, and personal belongings. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it arrived with a few dents which made putting it together a little difficult. Maybe packaging could be improved.

I really like this set of lockers. I have gotten lots of compliments on it and inquires as to where I purchased it. It is sturdy and roomy. I could not have chosen a better locker set. It was a bit difficult (for me) to assemble, but it was worth the effort.

The cabinet has a very clean look. Quality is pretty good. With the help of two young kids, it took me about 30 minutes to assemble it. The kids love that they can lock their important stuff from their siblings. When I received the shipment, there were two small dents on the back panel due to to damage during shipping. Fortunately, we don't see those dents once the cabinet is assembled.
Take care with the instructions.

I wasn't looking forward to putting these together as the information available said it would take several hours. After a couple of minor mistakes with the first cabinets which had to be redone, the second cabinet went together in about 20 minutes. The instructions were ok but not always very clear hence the extra time with our first attempt but the cabinets look good and work for my purpose.
