I'll return the last "˜large' pill holder I ordered. There wasn't enough room in the compartments. I take a few prescription meds and even more herbals. This one not only holds them easily, but is substantial, well-organized and is even pretty to look at. I have two of these so I can sort my prescriptions and supplements every other week. I take numerous supplements, and like prescription medications, some are best taken throughout the day or just the mornings or evenings. Everything fits! I grab my daily row box and I'm good to go. It's great for travel. I've been using these for months and they get knocked around a bit but they are holding up well and easy to clean. Highly recommend if you're taking many pills or capsules a day.
