We got this towel rack for a small bathroom to have as much storage space as possible. Between the shelf and the four hooks, we have a lot of space for extra towels and other stuff. It was very easy to install, and we love it.
PERFECT!

Nice Looking, Bad Instructions and Mounting
Kenneth A. Mastro✓ Verified Purchase•June 10, 2023
The towel bar/shelf looks very nice and seems sturdy. It's a dark oil-rubbed bronze. I just installed it, so I don't know if it will hold up over time.
The instructions were laughably bad - they were for the wrong product entirely and were extremely short to boot. Utterly useless. It's not hard to figure out, though - just install 4 or 5 drywall anchors (not the included ones - see below). I centered mine on a stud, so I just used a screw for the center hole. There are little brass heads to put just under the screw/bolt heads (like washers). These allow the black caps to attach to them and cover the screw heads. Works reasonably well and the end result looks nice.
I managed to install it by myself, but it would have been SIGNIFICANTLY easier with a second person. There are no mounting plates and set screws - this thing just bolts to the wall. As a result, it would help if somebody could hold the bar/shelf up while the other person gets the bolts/screws in the wall.
The included mounting hardware is cheap junk. I didn't bother with them. I used spring-loaded drywall anchors (called toggle bolts) for a much more secure mounting. I also used a longer (#8 x 1.75in) wood screw for the center since I could hit a stud with it. End result after all that seems nice and sturdy.
I would definitely buy again (assuming it holds up) - but I think it's fair to deduct one star for the useless/wrong instructions, difficult/2-person mounting procedure, and cheap mounting hardware. If those things don't bother you, this is a nice towel bar/shelf at a great price.
