Solved charging Arlo Pro 2 with Solar
This battery is part of my project to charge an Arlo Pro 2 camera year around via a solar panel. Voltage of solar panel fluctuates from 0 V to 9 V. The battery keeps the voltage between 7.6 V to 8.4 V depending the light intensity in the solar panel. A diode was installed in the solar line to prevent reverse current during the night. This creates a 0.5 volts drop, correcting the maximum voltage to 8.5. The battery is connected in parallel with camera via a LC filter to eliminate any possible ripple effect that affects the image quality. Arlo Pro 2 understand and accept the charge through this battery.
