Simply Gmn is a great alternative to regular gum in that you have different types of flavors that you wouldn't probably find at the supermarket. Another fantastic thing about simply gum is the fact that you don't get all the inflammation associated with artificial sugars. For me I chose to get the ginger flavor because I like the flavor of ginger and also it's nice to chew on after eating a meal for digestion purposes (Yes I noticed a difference). The only unfortunate aspect to simply gum is two things: The box it's in and the longevity and freshness of the gum.

Unfortunately with the box it doesn't seem to be easy to understand how to keep it closed. I've tried different methods to keep it closed using the tab that is on it however that has proved to be fruitless. This means that you have to be careful when keeping it in your pocket because multiple times I've dropped a lot of the gum in my pocket or on the ground. The only resolution I've gotten for this is to put the box a certain way in my pocket so as to carefully take it out and not let it fall out.

With regards to the freshness and longevity unfortunately this gum will not last for more than 20 to 30 minutes until it starts to break apart in your mouth. At first I thought the particles or the pieces that I was chewing on that were separated from the actual gum piece were food particles that I had eaten after eating my dinner or lunch. But on closer examination I found out that it was actually the gum pieces so the pieces of the gum were slowly degenerating and breaking apart while chewing after about 30 minutes. When you're chewing this gum you have to keep in mind that you only have a certain amount of time to chew it before the piece starts to break apart in your mouth and at that point you're going to have to spit it out. Not to say that this is a huge negative that's why I gave the gum a four star because I've ordered it at least three times. The reason I have ordered it at least three times is because of the fact that it works, I've chewed it after eating dinner and I found fantastic results for my digestion because of the ginger and I just like the flavor as well as the fact that I'm not putting a bunch of chemicals and artificial sugars in my body. I can see a huge difference in inflammation when I chew this one versus if I chew a supermarket brand gum. Would I recommend this gum to anyone with digestion issues or who want to avoid inflammation from regular gum? Yes I would. Just keep in mind that there are cons, but there's no such thing as a fantastic piece of gum or a fantastic brand of gum. So you take the positives with the negatives.

This taste minty and last a long time. Once I found out chewing gum has plastic in it (gum base) I stopped buying it from the store. All natural baby! Definitely worth the money for a gum chewer like me.

I used to love Dentyne gum, before they went sugar-free and ruined it. This cinnamon gum tastes great - lots of cinnamon flavor and NO artificial sweeteners. You get lots and lots of gum. There are 6 packages in the box, each with about 20 pieces.

This was a good choice for me so that I could discover new gum flavors and see what I liked in this brand. I was trying to get rid of all of the artificial ingredients in my diet, so this brand is one of the few with all real ingredients. I don't think it is long-lasting, but it does the job. I just like chewing something after meals or whenever I have bad breath. I really like the sheer variety of flavors, but now that I know my favorites, I will be getting more of those.

I am allergic to ALL artificial sweeteners, so chewing gum has been a No-No for a long time since they are all made with artificial sweeteners like saccarine, sucralose, etc. But I find it hard to concentrate when I am not chewing something too. I don't want to be eating all the time that I work, so I needed to find a gum that was sweetener free. This fit the bill.

I was somewhat surprised to find the pieces were basically small, round pellets rather than typical square or round tablet types like most gum is. But it worked. It is a bit on the hard side starting out, but it has a really nice Maple flavor. The flavor doesn't last too long before it's gone, and the gum itself gets pretty hard when chewed for a bit. Now I also bought the Spearment/Peppermint and I have found that they seem to be a bit softer to begin with and it stays pliable for a lot longer, giving you more time to absently chew without getting fresh pieces every few minutes. The flavor isn't as strong starting out as the Maple however, but it does seem to last a bit longer than the Maple did.

Overall, I like it. I can now chew my gum again so I am not absently stuffing my mouth with junk food while I work, I am not having reactions from artificial sweeteners, and that is good for both my work output and my health. I have bought it again and plan to continue doing so. I am glad I found it!
