Dear SA-AMAZON:

Most expensive Air Mattress I have bought on Amazon, purchased on Mid-November 2023 leaking by February 2024. It's the one that lasted the least, barely 3 months. So disappointed for $160+. Jesus!

I hope I am covered by warranty/return policy and have a new one sent out by Amazon/SA. That way I don't have to purchase another Air Mattress that definitely won't be SoundAsleep Brand ever again.

I gave it a 3 star rating 'cause yes its good overall, easy to inflate, comfy etc. However, its not durable and does not last long and wayyyyy too expensive for being so shabby durability wise.

With this experience, I am sticking with INTEX that are much longer lasting. At least, send me a new replacement one Amazon/SA for this price.

I hope this lasts as long as the other mattereses I have used mostly INTEX. They have been much cheaper though but lasted longer.

I gave initially 3 Stars to focus on the positive aspects. Casey and SA Customer Service though have earned a 5 star. I hope this new replacement air bed sent matches the service provided.

I was glad I did my homework before buying on this purchase. This mattress is very high quality and can be used for indoor or camping. Easy to set up and inflate, it is a replacement for a poor quality Coleman that was a disappointment. This mattress feels like a real, spring mattress. It is comfortable and does not lose air with two people sleeping on it. Plus it has a firm edge so you don't roll off when getting up in the night. This product is heavy duty too. It's nice because you can adjust the air for a firmer feel or softer feel. It should last a long time. All of the reviews online are five star, excellent and I can see why. Nice product.

It sleeps very comfortably, inflates and deflates fast, and is tall, meaning you can sit on it comfortably as if it were a chair or couch, which is great for camping. There was a small hole, most likely due to misfolding the deflated mattress and randomly creasing the plastic, so the customer service team immediately helped me by replacing the mattress. Nice service, nice mattress, nice people.

Wife and I love this mattress. She likes a soft bed, I'm more toward the firm side. We both found our sweet spot on this airbed. We bought this for a guest bed about 3 months ago, and it's been slept on by one of our friends for about 3 weeks. No complaints whatsoever. There are several other signature features worth noting too, ie; the wicked fast built-in pump, sturdy construction, and really comfy top panel. All around a quality airbed, at a reasonable price. This is no tent camping inflatable.

Unfortunately, it sprung a tiny leak about 2 weeks back, and would not hold full pressure. When I finally located the leak, it was (as some may have guessed) right on a seam. The death rattle for an air bed....

You can try to repair a seam, but chances are the best you can hope for is to slow down the leak. I contacted Sound Asleep online and submittd a warranty claim. I got a phone call from customer service within 2 HOURS after submitting the claim! Didn't expect that. But wait, there's more. The rep listened to my song and dance, was courtious and respectful, and without further ado typed up the UPS waybill and told me a new bed would arrive in 3-4 days. I don't have to return the damged item, don't have to pay for shipping, and still retain the remainder of the original warranty.

No arguing, no double-talk, no excuses. This was about as smooth, quick, and positive an outcome as I've experienced in quite awhile. Some CS reps will argue that's it's your fault, or you failed to comply with some obscure fine print, or just flat-out tell you that the warranty doesn't cover this or that. Anybody been there? No manufactured product is 100% free from defects, that's just the way it is. But an outfit that stands behind their product is worth a second chance. We'd buy again from these folks. And a special shout out to Casey, the rep who made this process painless. This is the way it should be done.

Had an issue with the product after the first use, to which the mattress would not hold air. Inspection reviled a pin head sized hole on the bottom of the mattress. I was initially discouraged to find the only return option on amazon was a link to "contact the manufacturer". I plugged in my information and hit send, fully expecting to wait weeks to hear anything if at all. Amazingly, within TEN MINIUTES I was contacted by phone by a very pleasant and cordial service representative from the Sound Asleep company. After confirming my issue with the product, she offered to replace the defective mattress with a new one free of charge, which I should have within a few days! What a refreshing concept, to actually have an issue resolved in such a timely manner by a customer service representative that truly cares about what the customer thinks of their company! If you are on the fence about which air mattress to get, I can tell you for sure that if you have an issue with this product, the folks at Sound Asleep will go out of their way to make it right.
