Bought this to carry along when traveling, but have not had the opportunity to use it for that too much. It is heavy, but that is the only downside I have found. I have tested this at home several times and found that it does do the job.

This battery bank was a bday gift to me, as a friend of mine heard what I went through during a 35+ hr power outage recently. He said that he loves this product and that it's quite helpful. The battery bank arrives fully charged and you must drain it, therefore, you need to charge all of your items up. That took just about 3 days! This is a great battery bank to have! To charge the unit itself, that took 12 hrs. This unit does not come with its own charging cord, so you must use what you already have at home. It's quite powerful and heavy too. And it's a great price. Would probably be a good idea to have more than one. Whatever you do, never charge your devices in the car, with it turned off, as that will drain the car battery. If you must charge in the car, always turn the car on. You can only idle a car for a short time, so if you can drive around for a little bit, that works. This battery bank charged 3 lanterns, 2 smaller and older battery banks, and my phone 3 times! It's good practice to monitor your battery banks and charged devices every 3 months, and to keep them fully charged, so write that in your date book or calendar app. Also be aware that it cannot go on any airplane, not in carry on or in packed luggage. It will be found and confiscated/removed from the flight due to a fire hazard, since it's quite a powerful unit. Instead of giving disposable gifts this holiday season, might I suggest that you give the gift of this battery bank to friends and loved ones, so that in times of outages, they can have emergency lights on and the use their phones.

Not a big deal but don't have it printed in the owners manual that you should "only use the factory supplied charger and adapter if you're not gonna supply one! If it was supposed to come with one I'd like to know and be issued one. Other than that this thing is a beast. Heavy duty. Lasts a while. Definitely gets the job done

I had the charger for about a year. It worked really well. After sitting uncharged for about a month the battery bulged out so I have to discard it.

I just wanted to say that this power bank is so good that when I put it to charge one night the next morning my mom took it the next morning for her all day field trip with out me knowing 🫢😔. And I've been with this bank for about a year now and it has served me really well, even thought it's a bit heavy and shaped like a brick 🧱 I don't mind because it's really useful. And for my phone with the right cable it charges in 30 minutes or so 🤩.
