I've been playing casual indoor volleyball for the past few years and these have saved my knees! Good amount of cushion, not too tight on my legs, and cover the whole knee plus a little above and below. We lost one so between me and my husband we only have three! Definitely worth it to buy again!

I bought these to workout because I have very bad knees. I'm a lean 200 lbs and originally bought a med/l which I exchanged for an xl. They roll down from my thighs but it isn't too incredibly uncomfortable and still stays on. Works for what I need.

I am a 66 year old senior and I didn't buy these to play Volleyball. I bought them so I can get on my knees again. My knees hurt so bad there is no way I can kneel down on them. But with these knee pads on now I can! I can now be active again and do things I haven't been able to do in a long time. The cushion is so effective that it doesn't even hardly hurt anymore to get on my knees. This has opened up a whole host of activities I can do now so I'm finally going to get some much needed exercise, and I can finally take care of the household chores that require me to get on my knees, like fixing things under the sink. The things that young people just take for granted. They are so comfortable I can wear them all day. I do wish they came in a XXL size though, because when I took them off after wearing them all day they left some pretty deep grooves in my legs. It didn't hurt though when I was wearing them and the grooves went away in about a half hour so I will continue to wear them as need be.

My daughter is 5'9 200lbs and the Nike brand are really tight on her and only cover the knee caps. These fit well not tight where they cut off circulation, cover above the knee cap and onto shin. Don't slide down and great padding in the middle to protect when sliding! Daughter recommends for girls with wide calf/legs
