It's incredibly easy to use but it does seem cheaply made. It looks like a rubber hand, no actual resemblance to a real arm. It gets the work done tho! It's perfect for venepuncture practice, the skin does seem to be a little thinner than human skin but that makes sense. After about 20 sticks it's starting to "bruise" you can clearly see the previous punction sites.
Make sure to purchase the kit that has the tubes and fake blood.

I wish it said somewhere that it did not include the fake blood, tubes or extra needles.
The delivery time was good.
