We ordered two different pieces (this one and a "vine" type hairpiece). My daughter ended up using the other one instead of this. Although she never put it in her hair, we aren't able to return the product because the package was opened. HOWEVER, this return policy was clearly printed on the packaging and mentioned in the item description. I'm not adding that as a negative comment, only as a heads up to anyone who might order the headpiece, open the package, choose to not use it.
