Size Chart woulda helped...

Purchased the jacket for my husband. Found the size chart on an unboxing YouTube video...(which was apparently the wrong model jacket). So, I took his measurements and purchased a Lg. If he were just using the jacket to stand around in, it would have been fine. But since he works construction and needs to be able to reach above his head, we are going up one size. I've attached the size chart for this model (DCHJO76ABD1-L). I will update this review after he wears the XL in for a bit.
Update: He wore it for a whole winter, and it never gave out, permanently so that's a plus. I followed the wash instructions and after drying it, and still worked! Definitely a great purchase and cant wait to get the ladies model!

I've had the jacket for a week now and been using it at work. It's very warm with out the heated part on but it feels good when it's on. U don't feel the coils of the heated part unless u hold the jacket close to your body with that said u do feel the heat after a while due to it heats up your clothes. I will b buying another for home use due to the kinda of work I do.
1 yr stopped working. Warm, but draft for men w/waste line 38" and under.

IT IS NOW november of 2020. This jacket has failed. The button no longer turns the jacket on. It blinks for a milisecond red, but does not turn on. At the time of writing this, i tried again, but it doesnt even blink. I did all precautions recommended in the user manual to wash this in the washer.
I dint recommend. Its wide around the hips, drafty. And the arms are for midgets.
Old review: Did a decent job this last winter in Midwest. The battery is in an inconvenient spot, but honestly don't know where it would fit better.
Main issue I had with it, is there is no bungee that can tighten the waist line, so there is a huge draft for anyone smaller than a 38 waste line or belly.

Bought this for my husband who is a fan of dewalt products anyway. He loved the sturdiness of this jacket and the fact that he could turn on some heat in the cold months when he'd have to be in and out of houses doing electrical work. Had a heated hoodie prior to this but this jacket is better suited for what he needs due to the pockets and overall ease of use with changing out batteries that are interchange with his chargers on the job.
