I'm impressed with how many papers it can hold, and it moves back and forth to the side of the monitor perfectly. But if you use the double sticky pad that comes with it, to stick it to your monitor, it will likely fall off within a week, just from the weight of the mount itself. BUT, I was able to buy a Command Strip that is intended to hold a picture up to 10 pounds (looks like velcro), and it works perfectly. Hasn't slipped at all, and it's been weeks.

The clip for the paperwork is sturdy and can hold multiple sheets.
The arm locks into place easily and stays where you want it.
Cons:
There is only one side of the L bracket that has double sided tape on it. My monitor is a ½" wide. That's not enough surface area to grab and keep the bracket attached to the monitor.
