Nicer Than Expected

For the money, I was expecting the product to be made of a relatively thin material. To my surprise, it was nicer than expected and the vinyl was heavier than expected. Built-in elastic band closes the cover over the tire nicely. Fit my 175/80R13 spare trailer tire perfectly. As soon as the sun takes out the wrinkles from being folded for shipping, I think it will look great - while at the same time protecting the spare from sun damage.

These are very snug which is good but you need to put them on just right. The only thing I don't like is they don't cover the back of the tires. We are using them on a boat trailer

The cover for my rear-mounted tire finally fell apart, and I thought this might be a good replacement. The first one came damaged. Someone had cut the shipping bag with a box cutter and cut into the tire cover. Amazon made replacement a breeze. Sadly, when the second one arrived and I put on my tire, I found it did not zip. Instead it had an elastic edge similar to a fitted bed sheet. It hung loosely on my tire, and I feared it would just blow off while I was driving. So back to Amazon it went. Maybe I ordered the wrong size, but what I really wanted was one that fit snugly and zipped closed. This wasn't it.
