Love the machine! Wax is okay have to make. Sure you let it dry a long time and might have to do a couple times to get all the area you wanted done ! But overall great product!

While I cannot speak for anyone who has previously purchased this product, I do have a hunch that many issues were user error (when the product was not actually faulty).
Wax warmers, and waxing in general takes patience. With a brand new setup like this, you do have to be willing to set aside at least an hour, if not More to be sure everything goes the way you want it- especially for beginners and using new products. Salons have everything already set up and all the training to know exactly how hot and cool and how long and everything so you can walk in, get a wax, and be out quick and easy- this is all the prep that they do plus that time to get your wax on, wax off, PLUS learning time- trial and error.
It was my first time using this kind of wax myself and I will say that it's not exactly wax. Reading the packages it says pine resin as a partial ingredient, so push comes to shove it IS a mild form of plastic- and it smells it. It's not horrible but it's not traditional wax. Think hot glue sorta smell and feel and workability- but skin safe if you follow the included directions.
Again, my biggest advice for the product is be patient. Give yourself time to learn. It's not perfect, but it does work.
