This is a really good baking pan. It has higher sides than a lot of 9x13 pans so I can make lasagna in this pan. I haven't put it in the dishwasher because it says that doing so can mar the finish, but it is really easy to clean with dish soap and a sponge.

When I got this I couldn't believe that we couldn't use nonstick sprays in it. I wondered how nothing was going to stick in it. This is the best cake pan I have ever had. Nothing sticks in it and it cleans up great. I am careful not to use metal in it. I love this pan.

This is one of the best baking purchases I've ever made! I'm writing this review after using the pan for 9 months.
I bought the latte brown colored pan with the lid. The color of the pan is great for getting a good crust and color on baked goods. The handles are large, so it's really easy to get this pan in and out of the oven, even with oven mitts! The metal is thick, and does not change shape in the oven even under a hot temperature and I've used this in a 450 oven. I have been cleaning it in my dishwasher, and there is no rust or marks on the pan. The lid is really secure, so this pan is great for potlucks. I've used this pan more for baking then cooking, and every cake I've made it in has turned out beautifully. I imagine this would be a great lasagna pan too. This was worth every penny!
