Who didn't put on a few ( for several) covid pounds, with nothing to do and no gyms open it packed on a quite a few pounds, and gyms still aren't open and though I can do a lot without equipment there's no where to run safely in my area and I prefer an elliptical as I can just hop on and let my mind wander a little, so I took a gamble that this Machine would do the trick and I have to say it paid off, I've had it a week and I'm already up to 2 miles a day running and 5 pedaling, the machine isn't top of the line but for the price it's pretty great, the Assembly process is quite easy despite what a lot of the other reviews said it only took me an hour tops it comes with all the tools you would need to assemble it( I used my own wrench as it's a better quality then the ones that come with it but they would work) the only negative I could say about it is the tracking screen is battery powered not powered by the machine and you can't change the distance units( want to try and prep for a 10k). But if you want a decent machine for light cardio look no further

I am very happy with Trio Trainer. It is well made, very sturdy and surprisingly quiet. The assembly instructions were very clear and made it easy to assemble. Their customer service is excellent as well. When I contacted Body Flex to let them know the pulse reader wasnt working they immediately mailed out a new monitor to my home address. I highly recommend this bike/eliptical.

Me costo por una pieza un tornillo que no entraba en el agujero venía poquito ancho. Lo lleve con un herrero. Y asunto arreglado. Por lo demás la recomiendo esta muy práctica, espero todo bien

This was very easy to assemble. YouTube has video with animated illustrations that are very easy to follow. Make sure you tighten all nuts on the bolts. It gives the machine more stability. Above all things make sure all the parts are there. Some parts come pre-assembled which includes the nuts and bolts.
If your missing a part, you're suppose to call the number given with the instructions. I was missing a nut from a pre-assembled part and called the number. I was instructed to go to the website Body Flex sports, the parent company, click on contacts and fill out a formal for the missing part. The person on the phone said if I complete the form and submit it before 5 pm it will ship out that day. I finished at 4:30 pst and submitted it. I received a ticket number and a statement saying the part will ship soon. There was also a tab to check ticket progress. To make a longer story short, to check the ticket you have to set up an account and set your username and password. Once set I tried to sign in nothing worked. I never got the part. Their service is horrible. It's been 3 weeks and I still can't log on and still haven't received my part.
I went to the hardware store and bought what I needed, then I finished putting it together.

I had been using a treadmill and wore it out in about a year. This elliptical takes about 2 hours to assemble and requires regular tightening of bolts due to vibrations caused by use. It works out your legs, thighs, arms, and shoulders. I really enjoy using it.
