This was reasonably easy to assemble. Expect to buy some plumbing materials (water supply and drain materials) to fit your installation area. Make sure fittings are tight if you usefactory installed fittings. Mine were loose and leaked before tightening. The entry door worked very easily and moved when you didn't want it to if you brushed against it. I added a pin to keep it in place during use. I also added non slip material to the steps and bath area to prevent slipping with wet feet. It would also be nice to have a ramp to enter the bath instead of steps though the steps work fine for my goldens. The company shipped the bath very timely and it was well packaged and protected for proper shipment.

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical, reading negative reviews...but my husband, the plumber, had no problems setting it up! Saves my back! I'm very satisfied! It came in a wooden crate! No dents! The only thing I have a problem with is the steps. When my dog went to jump out, the steps flew back under the tub. I use my own carpeted steps.

I ordered this 3 days ago, and the shipping was spectacular!! I was very impressed with the quality of the tub, itself. However! The plumbing was another story. I assembled the tub just fine. The S Trap was cracked. A piece that fits inside the water hose was not fully punched through so the water can't run through it. The gaskets for the drain leaked. You only get about a foot of drain hose with it which is not enough to do anything. You can't swap drain tubes. You can't attach the drain tube to other tubing without it leaking everywhere. The tub I'd give 5 stars. The drainage, I'd give 0. For the price, I expected better. I've put in for a return on this. What a waste of money and an entire day trying to get the drain to work!

First off the tub is well built and claims to be 304 stainless which is the reason I went with this one compared to the smaller ones (which would have fit my space better but are lower quality stainless). There are sharp edges but If they become an issue will simply put some edge trim over them. Confirming with many other reviews the plumbing is very low quality and should be replaced before installation. Replaced p-trap and had to purchase longer water lines, no biggie $40 at Home Depot. The faucet and spray handle will be on my list to replace as well. Overall satisfied with product.
