SEDIMENTATION IS NORMAL AS IT IS NOT FILTERED AND YES IT MAY SOLIDIFY IN REFRIGERATOR WHICH ARE ALL SIGNS OF PURITY AND INTEGRITY OF OUR AVOCADO OIL. The little particles you see around the glass beaker is showing you that the oil is NOT FILTERED.
