This is the best-tasting Elderberry "syrup" I've tried this year. It's not a true syrup because it's not thick like the most popular brand that begins with "S". That one taste like runny grape jelly. This one uses honey instead of glucose syrup or glycerin, if you're trying to avoid those ingredients. Also no potassium sorbate or citric acid to preserve it, so keep it in the fridge after you open it. I like the ginger, clove & cinnamon because they give it a good taste and they're not overwhelming. And the ACV is good for so many things that help keep the body healthy.
The "S" brand is almost always sold in a 4 ounce bottle, but at $9 a pop that's like $2.25 per ounce! This stuff comes out to about $1 per ounce. Much more economical. I'll probably buy it again.
