It came in good shape. The only down side of it is it has a tiny bit too big, either I stretched it out or I got one slightly too big. It still works great just slightly moves when playing games with the joy sticks.

So I got 2 of these and I love them both! The black and white is super classy with white controllers, the red and black one is pretty as well. It's nice to have the something to protect my controllers from bumps and scratches. My only complaint is the lack of a screenshot hole. I'm always actually pressing it and it's a little annoying. The grips are really nice but it makes you slightly less accurate while playing since the rubber grips won't allow full range of motion on the joy sticks.
