Hesitated to buy because of high price, but others all had corn syrup. So tried this and it is just so delicious. We just put a few drips on pancakes rather than pouring it all over like with a typical syrup. Intense flavor. We recently bought Kodiak brand Buttermilk pancake mix and then added an egg and half milk instead of all water. Then added blueberries. With this "syrup" and a little powdered sugar, they are just fantastic and keep you feeling full for many hours.

The product has 4g less sugar than another brand I also tried in a peach flavor that was much thicker. It really is too thin and would soak right in. I spread my waffles with cream cheese so it didn't but, if not, it would have and I don't like soggy anything. The product could use pectin or other vegan gel product for thickening. I have some in the cupboard so I am going to try that a bit at a time.
