Great for my son to learn to skate

This has helped keep my son in a good athletic skating position. After about 3-4 1 hour sessions with this he's getting to the point where he's close to skating without it! Only complaint is that the screws holding the cross bar together come loose easily from the motion of skating. A little threadlocker helped resolve this issue.

Overall these are great! My only complaint is the black plugs on the end of the metal don't say in and since we bought six of these, we are finding the blag pipe plugs all over the ice. We would like to keep them in to avoid the sharp edges of the metal, but other than some kind of glue to hold them in, they don't stay in on their own.

Sure it's a bit low but it's for small children. My 5 year old used it on our frozen kale a few times and bam, he's skating on his own. We took him to the ice skate rink and he could not get the mechanics of pushing. Used this on the lake and it worked like a charm. The ice rink skate helpers are huge and bulky, this is just the right amount of sturdy and light weight for the littles to actually move around. Will be using for our 2 year old as well great buy!

Works great. You need to use thread lock on the screws or they back out from general use. The strap for pulling could be a little longer ant have a handle. I made my own extension and new T handle. Works even better now.
