So far I see a noticeable difference and it hasn't been a full week yet (day 5). So far I brush my teeth with it and gum-line gently. I also use it as mouthwash with water after brushing. I was having gum bleeding in one particular area and I could tell my gums were receding a bit it pictures. It's also improved my breath. I can tell my gums are getting more pink again. I also occasionally have tonsil stones that I can't always remove the verdict is still out on if this will help. I will write an update in a few weeks.

I love, love, love this product. I have a huge bridge on one side of my mouth going over 5 teeth altogether. I anchor in back, two fillers, two anchors in front. I couldn't use my floss or waterpik to clean that area, because my gums were not well at all. They were swollen and infected. One day of cleaning with this product instead of any sensitive toothpaste out there and I can use anything to clean underneath that bridge. If you don't expect the same taste as a toothpaste has, it's actually perfectly fine. I am used to drinking my peppermint tea without sugar and this is perfectly fine with me. Also, since I like to have a small product footprint in my medicine cabinet, I appreciate the size I have to fit into it now :). I have been brushing with this tooth oil for about a week, and I can tell a difference in the cleanliness of my mouth. I have about seventy crowns and thirty two implants, etc. etc. and those implants are difficult to clean, lemme tell you. But this is a very good product, I'm glad to say. The flavor is not one I'd choose willingly out of all the flavors in the world, but it linger and feels fresh for a long time. Thickness? I have no idea really, cause it comes out in tiny drops. But I am feeling much better about my mouth and teeth since using this. If you have dental issues, keep this a try. It worked for me.
