I noticed that the fit on the slippers are almost made for each foot, I wear a size 12 and ordered the true size, if I put them on backwards, my toe touches the tip but if I put the right one on, it's perfect and keeps my feet so warm. Great product and I bought another for my girlfriend and she feels the same (but her feet are tiny so they don't touch the end if put on backwards)
