I have two issues that I wanted to resolve... I'm 50 with some lines and have extremely large pores. When my son was a little boy he used to ask me why I have big holes in my face. I think my pores are larger than anyone elses I've ever seen. I was nervous about buying this because I also have Rosacea, so I've been using the Trophy Skin MicrodermMD on the sensitive mode. I've only been using this for 4 weeks and my pores have shrunk to a normal size. I've tried so many products and can't believe this is what finally worked for me. Unfortunately, I've not seen much change in the lines on my neck yet.

I liked how the steps to use it as explained. Very good product for home micro versus those expensive spa treatments.

Omg. I'm THRILLED with this purchase. I have never bought a skincare tool that was over $20, so I was really frightened that the reviews were all fake. THEY ARE NOT. Baby I'm telling you this is magic. Results shown are from only 1 use. I got off a massive amount of dead skin and my texture is now smooth again. I struggled with texture after having cystic acne for a year. I can see that regular use of this is going to have me in amazing shape. I'm 28 for reference! I feel like I have baby skin. BUY IT, you won't regret it, it works great on sensitive skin.

It works well I usually use a medium setting to do my entire face. It vacuums a lot of gunk

I have owned & done extensive research on several microdermabrasion systems. This one, is by far, is my favorite. I love how it walks you through the process for newbies & once acclimated, allows you to use in manual mode as well. I also love the variation of settings present. It allows you to adjust the suction when need be. I use lower suction on sensitive areas like around my eyes & cheeks. I previously owned a handheld unit, where the entire unit fit in my hand, which is different from this. This one is a bit larger, but very visually appealing. I prefer the "pen wand" instrument, it allows me to treat the areas, I could not effectively treat before. For example, my forehead, with my older unit, I was not able to get a consistent suction ever! I just could not get the angle correct, after months of trying! The trophy skin system, allowed me to easily get to all the areas I was ineffectively treating previously. It is extremely simple to maneuver. I actually started with the Trophy skin infrared light & saw the mind blowing bennifets it had on my skin, so I decided to take the plunge with this device as well, as my expirence with Trophy Skin has been very satisfying.
One thing they do not emphasize enough, to keep in mind, make sure you have your cleaning brush out and constantly brushing tip clean during the treatment. I have had NO issues with this system, BUT my previous expirence with a DIFFERENT device, I did not clean the diamond head throughout the duration of the treatment, and the dead skin cells would built up on the tip, and eventually leave scratches on my skin, so be careful. Again, this happened with a different device, just something to keep in mind while treating. I use a kids toothbrush to clean & it works perfect.
My favorite part is after the treatment, when you remove the head to change filter, you get to see all the crap that came off, it's instant an gratification!!!
All in all I would recommend this product to anyone, as I have achieved great success with it!
