I have a big cat, and this carrier had no issues with accommodating him. He had room to be comfortable, and the handle was sturdy enough that I did not fear that it would snap off while carrying him. So far it seems to be very durable. It was super easy to set up, and I love that it can smoothly and quickly fold down flat to be stored under the bed. The side door worked great, and it was easier than a traditional carrier for getting him out at the vet. I also got compliments from the staff at the vet clinic. They had never seen a carrier like it and thought it was great. With so many carriers to choose from, I am so glad I settled on this one.

This has turned out to be the best cat carrier I have ever owned. When not in use it folds up so nicely.
When in use there is plenty of room for a couple towels on the bottom and my cat still have enough room to fully sit up, lay down, and turn around.
Since it is a sturdy plastic it is super easy to clean and very lightweight.
Wish I had something like this decades ago.

We have been using the XL version of this carrier for our cat for almost two years. We primarily use it when traveling long distance, in the car for relatively short hops and on travel days when RVing. We line it with an old bath mat, and it is roomy enough to hold a small litter box and food and water dishes, with ample room for the cat to maneuver. It is quite sturdy, although we try to support the bottom when moving the carrier with the cat in it. It folds down quickly and easily for storage. My only caveat is that the latching system was defeated by our (not that bright!) cat on our first RV trip. We thought she was secure and all of a sudden she popped up on the back of the driver's seat!!! We now wrap a Velcro strap around each side of the door/frame and that's contained her so far. :-) Cannot recommend this highly enough!!

I have had this product for just over a year. As a college student with a cat, this carrier seemed attractive because of how it minimizes storage, but I was a little afraid from the reviews that it would be too flimsy or small. Well, a year after buying it I can safely say this product was definitely worth the investment as it has survived many trips to the vet and still looks brand new. My male cat is a 10 lb flame point siamese and he fits in it perfectly. He absolutely adores the little bed that came with it, and I have to leave it out for him because he gets use out of it even when we are not using the carrier.
Some things I will note for potential buyers: my cat is very gentle with our carrier, and we have only used it for shorter trips. I could see this carrier being a problem for cats who like to pick and claw at the carrier. Since it is collapsable, the sides are really flimsy, and I could see a cat maybe pulling in one of the sides or scratching it to the point it breaks. My cat tried clawing at it a bit when we first got it, and it concerned me a bit, but the habit eventually subsided and he is pretty tolerant of the carrier. Additionally, the longest we have ever used the carrier for is about an hour (maybe a tad bit longer), we have never tried it on any looong road trips. I think that is also something to consider when looking at this, because it is such a small carrier, it might be too small for a long drive. At the same time, it might be really nice for a flight because of it's shape and size. I guess that's up to you. It was really nice when I was moving and we had to make several hour-long trips back and forth.
Overall I am very pleased with this product mainly because of how it minimizes storage space. I often live in smaller areas so it is nice to be able to tuck this in under the bed or in my closet. Also, my cat does not mind it and he really loved the bed!

The design of this carrier is great! The large door on the front makes it a lot easier and friendlier to get my cats in and out of. Initially I didn't order the cushion for the carrier and the smaller of my cats (11-12lbs) fit just fine in the medium sized carrier. Once I went back and ordered the cushion tho (definitely recommend it) he was a bit cramped in it and was only comfortable in a loafing position and can't sit without ducking his head.

I went back and ordered a bigger one (Lg wasn't available so had to get XL) for my bigger cat (13-14lbs but he's long and tall), starting off with the cushion this time. He's very comfortable in it and loves the cushion!

I'll be getting a bigger one for my other cat and donating his first one to someone who rescues cats since it collapses and will fit in a vehicle easier.
