Received two days ago, about noon. Set in full sun for rest of day. Being a night person, all units were still still putting out more than enough brightness to illuminate an area of about 5 feet even after 3AM!!, might have been still going at sunup but I did not stay up ALL night. One thing to forewarn about this item- be as careful with them as if you are handling a light bulb. They are not THAT fragile, but the lense will crack if banged around like I did with two, before getting a couple installed. I changed mounting locations on some of them after seeing this weakness in areas where feet could hit them, etc.
UPDATE- Since my first order two years ago, I have ordered two more sets and of all outdoor equipment I have purchased , this has to be the best item. From durability, EACH ONE that I have bought, (now have 24 of them and want more!), STILL work good, with no discernable reduction in light output. I have most mounted in strategic locations on two screws that, while keeping them secure to post, rail, etc., are able to be lifted off and used as a portable light source! While they are not as bright as a regular flashlight, they are very useful!
Of all the advantages of these Solar Lights, their main function is still the best thing about them: A solid light source at night that indeed, does work ALL night long!
Only weakness, they will collect moisture on inside of lens in very wet conditions, but all work good and eventually dry out.

Mounted these around the outside of our deck railing and they all work perfectly. The perfect amount of light to cast a nice glow but not interfere with stargazing from the deck.

You'll get 4-years out of these lights. Stainless still looks great but none of them work any more.

I really like them and they were easy to install but not all of them worked, I have three that don't turn on.
