Good gaming/office chair for the price!

We bought 2 of these chairs(Green and Purple), both arrived on time. The green one arrived in perfect condition, the purple one not so much. Right out of the box there were 2 noticeable holes in the mesh on the seat, there's part of an upholstery staple sticking up on the back, and the holes where the arms bolt onto the seat of the chair aren't lined up right from the factory so there's a very noticeable gap where the back meets the seat on one side. I've included pics of all of these. Aside from the one having defects, I'm impressed with the comfort for the price. They are comfortable gaming and office chairs and they're easy to assemble by yourself in minimal time with minimal effort.

Added one star for Customer Service.
Ordered a replacement for the Purple one, they sent the new one right away, I boxed up the old one and sent it back without any issues. The new one came in perfect condition and looks and feels great.

This chair is exactly what I was looking for to use at my desk when I'm either sewing or playing on the computer. The seat itself is very large and I don't feel like I'm going to slide off of it like other chairs I have had in the past.

I've always wanted a gaming chair. Some are very expensive. This one wasn't as expensive and it's very comfortable to sit in. I use it while I work then I also use it while I game. I have lower back issues and I can sit in this chair for a long time with no problem.

I had accepted that the chair is just a chair. I wasn't purchasing it for long term use. So I expected it to be not a real comfortable chair. Just.. something to sit in that wasn't a folding chair. The chair surpassed my expectations. The seat was not cheaply stuff. It actually felt comfortable to sit on.
I purchased the purple version of this chair. Really pretty colors. Doesn't look like it just came off of a boat from China. The stitching looks pretty good.
This would have gotten a better review. However, the box was horrible looking. I know it was a refurbed chair and all. But the way parts of the chair was poking holes in the box was insane. The hardware was visible. This is really my only criticism.

I purchased this chair for my classroom because I was tired of using the broke-down green wonky chairs we had available. It took about 30 minutes to put this together, and I was able to do it by myself. The color wasn't the exact one I wanted, but it was right for the price.
So far my thoughts:
-The material obviously isn't the best in the world, but for as much as I will actually be sitting in the chair, it will do. We will see how it holds up over time.
-The chair rolls super easy. I have to be aware when I sit not to shove myself too far.
-The flip-up arms are super convenient. Half the time I leave them up and out of the way, but I like having the option to put them down when I need them.
-The lumbar support in the low back is very comfortable.
I've read reviews saying it flattens over time. I suppose we will see how it holds up.
I'm happy with my purchase as of now. The chair is more comfortable than what I had, and the kids think it's cool, too. :)
