Just laid this out, so I can't comment on long term durability but it definitely seems solid and honestly looks even better than I was expecting. Being cooped up with this corona virus I really wanted to create a nice outdoorsy feeling space on my concrete city balcony and though this would be a nice addition. Went with the 4x13' roll and honestly I think it looks great. I have a dog who also loves to lay out on it (I don't plan on letting him use it as a bathroom, just a spot to lay)... Spent a lot of times debating between the various brands (I'm quite picky) and I am very happy that I picked this one. Go for it.

This seems to be a decent quality product for the price one of the few artificial grass is that I have installed the house weep holes Built in for added drainage. It seem to install easily and was easy to get to stand back up to look like actual grass. I would highly recommend this for any DIY and or professional installation. Hope this helps have a great day
