No need to buy new furniture

I loved my leather sofa and was sad that we had to replace it because of a hole in the leather. So, as a last ditch effort I tried this product to see if I could save it. When I got the kit they offered personalized advice so I took them up on their offer. I sent in pictures of the tear and the color of the sofa. They responded the next day and explained that I needed to use the backing fabric and gave me instructions on how to mix to get a closer color match. I followed their instructions which said to do a little repair at a time which I did and to try the color and add additional color until a match was closer to what I wanted. It took me 3 applications to fix the hole as they said to limit the amount I use each time. While I had to adjust the mix each time I can now say that I no longer need to shop for a new sofa. I can't say that I did a professional job, but because of the softness and folds of the leather no one has been able to see that I patched it. I also tried this on a few scratches in the leather and again, perfect! I highly recommend this product and the support team they have. You guys saved my furniture!

First week after repair and it seems to be working well. Took a couple of tries to match the black but was fairly easy to work with. Took two to three attempts to cover but if it holds well worth it.

EXCELLENT seller, stands behind their product 100% and offers great instructional video's as well as any needed assistance. I bought this for some leather seats I have on dining room furniture, plus some vinyl relaxing chairs that had some wear on the arms. The package contains everything needed to get started with brush, paddle for mixing colors, printed information showing HOW to mix colors, video's online and, if you still have trouble, you can contact them for assistance. I was able to mix the colors to match my chair although it took me a while (my pride said I could do it). It goes on easily and dries quickly. I can't tell that I used it. Great product! I wish every company would offer this kind of support.

EDIT: the patch did not hold. These shoes are for the garden. The patch was washed away by dew and friction from my foot. I'm leaving 5 stars because I am impressed with it overall. I believe that if it is used in an area that stays dry it would be effective. I might give it another go and, try using the backing material. But, the main reason for the fail was the continuous moisture from the dewy grass.
This repair was quick and easy. I sat the shoe in the sun to dry between applications. It dried in minutes. I didn't take a picture of the actual hole (derp) BUT, here's a shot of the divet. I did about 3 applications as a build-up. Then, I went straight up emery board to smooth it out. It's not perfect mostly because I am impatient. But, there isn't a hole in my shoe anymore! The shoes are rubber not leather. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical to do these repairs to our lovely sofa, where the bonded leather was cracked and flaked off like peeling skin after sunburned. My husband insisted I give it a try - what can it hurt?! Plus it had great reviews. Now, I don't typically write reviews but this product demanded the attention. As you can see from my before & after photos it's an incredible fix! I just completed it so unsure how it'll wear (only reason for 4-stars), but wow! To the naked eye no one will ever notice, whereas I was so embarrassed with the ugliness of the peeling. Take your time on mixing the colors, and if the first coat isn't a match you can always blend more for the second coat for a better match. I'm sold! I'll keep this product in my Amazon tool box!
