Benecol Spread, and Benecol Lite are delicious - we use on toast, bagels, baking and cooking -- nice on corn on the cob, steamed vegetables, etc. Recommended after open heart surgery in 2013 by our Cardiologist.
Much much tastier than Earth Balance and other "healthier" choices at grocery stores.
SADLY - Benecol is hard to find at typical grocery stores. Albertson's, Randall's distributor quit offering it; didn't move fast enough. YET Albertson's and Randall's could not keep it on the shelves! always selling out. Because people who need it and love it buy dozens at a time.

I never have to eat real butter again! And while this product is on the pricey side, if it lowers my cholesterol (yet to be seen), I WILL continue to buy it.

This is my second order of Benacol. This order was very poorly packed and small bags of ice had completely melted. Some water had leaked out
And the styafoam peanuts were wet . The smell in box was disgusting. Not sure I will use the Benacol since I'm not sure they are not spoiled.
I really like Benacol but the cost is high and I really need a refund.
