this is not bad little exerciser, be aware that it WILL move around when you first try it, and you will think its useless...the key is to anchor it to something! I've got it zip tied around a bar underneath my desk and once you have it anchored to something it works just fine, I suppose you could even anchor it to piece of plywood if you needed to...

I'm preparing for knee replacement surgery and my orthopedic doctor told me to get one of these and start using now and continue after my surgery. So I followed my doctors orders. For the price you can't beat it. Easy to put together, very light weight to move around to where I'm sitting, and has a handy handle to pickup. All good stuff. In peddling it does have a little catch sometimes instead of being a smooth movement forward, but not to bad. I recommend it for per-op.
