quick changing sanding pads

I liked the quick changing of the sanding pads. they seem to wear out quickly though. they do make sanding small pieces and in small spaces much easier. i tried the foam piece but it kept flying off. maybe try it later on a slower speed drill.

This set is AWESOME for beginners in sanding! I have really delicate resin pieces that need to be sanded from a certain grit to a much finer grit, and this set comes with all the discs, that I can attach to my drill. I've used them quite a bit since I purchased and the Velcro hasn't weakened. I wish I could find a way to properly organize them though. you take them out of the packing the discs just kind of go everywhere and you have to sort through a pile to find the proper grit.

I happened upon this product by luck, fate, what have you, as I do a lot of woodworking for my church and friends. I've avoided the essential to great woodworking and that comes from keeping your equipment clean. My gluing clamps at times get a build-up of glue and some occasions other products including rust. This package from DRILLPRO offered me many options in cleaning the metal on my clamps by including a very nice disc with sponge cushions and a hook & loop system not to mention the assortment of grits that met my needs. All I can say is thank you for offering this assortment package.

Overall I'm satisfied with this set. The sanding disks lasted about as long as I had hoped. The velcro holds well enough as long as it isn't dirty, but it whipes off easily enough that it isn't a problem to clean it off when it does get stuff on it.
The only complaints I have is that the foam pads don't hold up as well as I had hoped. I've worn them out quicker than the sanding disks. And the velcro came off of one of the foam pads

I do wood turning and have purchased sanding systems like this one before. I found this one to be a little bit better as it's a little smaller, and the sanding disks seem to be better in terms of function and in useable grits.
