Good stuff

This thing is great and feels really durable. I used a heat gun and some clamps to get it to fit the concavity of my deck. Plenty space for all the electronics and a large battery (I'm using a 10s3p but there but there is room for so much more).
This would probably work really well for a dual motor setup since there is definitely room for two VESCs in this enclosure.

Pay attention to the dimensions of ur battery pack

I wasn't able to use this because the enclosure was too narrow thin for my battery pack. But if you are using a slimmer battery pack, u should be good. I wish the description gave dimensions of what it can fit, since the dimensions only describe the product
Very good for the price

This enclosure worked perfect for what I needed. It's not super stiff and semi flexible but strong enough for me not to be worried about something breaking through it. My deck has a slight curve and the flex of this enclosure helped it screw down tightly and contour a bit to the board.
Expensive but works!

I have put on over 100 miles and have had no trouble, great purchase for a DIY build! Make sure you measure correctly for the size of box. Price is high for a piece of pressed plastic but it works.
Great Enclosure and Price!

I purchased this enclosure at first because of the price. But, I was very surprised at the quality! The material used is for the enclosure is polypropylene. It does seem a bit thinner and more flexible them other enclosures that I purchased for my other DIY electric skateboard builds. I mounted my electronics and battery to the board, unlike what is shown in the product picture, because I want to make sure that there's no weight on the enclosure. The amount of vibration that comes from riding an electric skateboard can move components and any weight on the enclosure could be detrimental. Also when mounting the enclosure to the board, I would make sure to use furniture wood inserts and metric screws so that you can easily take the enclosure off when you need to do any maintenance under the hood. To make sure the enclosure stayed on I also used some hobby washers that make my board look nice. Overall I would say that this enclosure is solid and would work with many builds. However in order to mount this successfully to your bored I would not just screw right through it into the deck. Make sure to use pilot holes, furniture wood inserts, metric screws, and washers. If you take time to mount the enclosure in the way that I described this will come out to be a really good addition to your DIY electric skateboard build.
