Eating one of these is...well, "strange" is probably the best description. At first bite, it's rather like extra-firm styrofoam with perhaps a hint of sweetness. Once you begin to chew, it's unmistakably cookies and cream. The texture is wrong, as is the temperature, and the moisture, but the flavor is somehow right nonetheless. My elder son and I both enjoyed the rather odd experience and both would quite willingly subject ourselves again, though perhaps not regularly, more an occasional treat. My wife and younger son couldn't get over the sensory dysphoria and gave up after a couple of bites. A bit expensive, truth be told, but not so much so that I wouldn't consider trying another flavor at some point.

This product was yummy. It is a bit creamier than the classic astronaught ice cream I'm used to. It's more vanilla than cookies and cream. My son liked it better than the old neopolotin style (although I kind of missed the variety of flavors.) We ultimately went with this one because the classic neopolotin only comes in sandwiches now. I was also surprised to see all the organic ingredients in this one. I thought the packaging was good. The candy was broken into good sized pieces but the bar could've been a little thicker but it was still a good treat.
Used for VBS. Kids enjoyed it.
