I used this on my bicycle commute the other day, I work swing shift so it's mid-day when I ride to work and late at night when I ride home. It was really good going to work, and going home it was 48 degrees and still good. It allows a lot of airflow, so I think 40 degrees will be the lower limit before I switch to a warmer one. The breathing panel works especially well, a feature I would really like in all my neck warmers.
