This beret is very cute!! I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5. Reason being as other reviews have stated the material can fall apart. That being said as long as you take care of it your good. This is a nice beret. I'm giving 4 stars because It fits a little loose but it goes well over my ears and this is good because my ears are very sensitive to the cold. It came with a pin and a scarf. The pin is a small rhinestone crown and the scarf is made from a mystery silky fabric. Considering that I didn't choose either one, they are surprisingly nice. The scarf is a small red, white and blue neckerchief. It has horizontal stripes that are at an angle when you wear it which I did a couple of days ago.
