I am a type 1 diabetic and it is hard to find dried fruit without sugar. I found FRUITONS and decided to try them due to no added sugar and low carb. There is 11 total sugars, all-natural from the fruit. The fruit is cut into small pieces...not big chunks. Perfect for putting into a batch of homemade granola. The fruit is small and soft so a small child can eat a few pieces at a time without choking. I have an adult family member who does eat her meals well in her advanced years. She loves FURITONS! I got the individual servings packages and have been giving some away to introduce people to this great product. A tasty and healthy snack. I will be purchasing more.

What I wanted! I love California dried fruit, specifically. I am not a fan of the Turkish or Mediterranean style of dried fruit & expected the packages to let me down, like other brands, but they beat my expectations! They all are great but the sour dusted cherries were awesome! Other reviews wished the portion sizes were bigger, but I found they are a perfect snack size for my calorie conscious eating habits.
Only 4 stars due to:
*Variety pack - They could equally divide the variety, more cherries & apricots please!
*too many raisins in the mixed fruit packages! I love raisins but 3 kinds mixed with other fruit is like a cheap filler to reduce the amount of peaches, apricots, apples, etc.
*I wish they had a tropical fruit blend with mangos & papaya in the variety pack.
Only 4 stars due to:

Love every selection in this variety pack, but the sour dusted cherries are the most intensely delicious dried fruit in history. Me and my sisters have always been lovers of anything fruity and sour so I immediately alerted them to this find. Must love sour to appreciate these cherries - personally, I am in love.
