NOT Flimsy/Unstable!!!

I almost didn't buy this because I read multiple reviews that it was flimsy. I don't often review the products I buy on Amazon but I wanted to set the record straight on this one. IF you put it together backwards, it is flimsy. You have to follow the assembly instructions which tell you to put the "feet" on the bottom. Once you do that it's EXTREMELY sturdy. I know this important fact because I initially put it together backwards and also thought it was a unstable. Read the directions and flipped the shelves the other way so the feet are on the bottom and it's amazing! #ReadTheDirections

I like the fact that this cooking rack folds flat for storage but it really can only be used with the front and back supports because it's too flimsy without both. There is plenty of space for a whole batch of cookies.

This was definitely helpful for all the casseroles for Christmas dinner! It's not quite as stable as I'd like but I imagine that's because it is also conveniently collapsible for storage. It's inexepensive enough to use just once or twice a year and perfect for those who don't have two ovens for large meals.
