Oregano oil is a potent anti-bacterial that anybody can use for oral health. I swear by a few of the essential oils including clove and cinnamon as well. Cinnamon is the hottest, especially the bark, so be careful when using this oil. Oregano is next down the line. A little goes a long way.

I can guarantee you your mouth will not be more healthy than when you consistently use these oils in a carrier oil mixture of coconut oil. I have come back from the brink of one badly abcessed tooth that I refused a root canal on. I care about my teeth. I have had some issues with bruxism, and let a little degradation go too far and the old as heck filling came out on one tooth with a piece of the tooth attached to it. The hole eventually was in bad condition with a nasty gum abcess. Most dentists would have sold you down the river. Dentistry outside of cosmetics and regular upkeep is mostly a scam. You DON'T need those root canals unless your diet is horrendous.

Read the science. Plenty of research out there on essential oils and their efficacy against mouth bacteria. Google is your friend. It just might save your a couple thousand dollars or more. If you have the tenacity to fight, you can save and heal your mouth just like anything else on your body.
