These were affordable, and they do the job. However, they are a handle with the Pom material zip tied on. Again for the price I can't complain and once spread out it looks great, just kind of awkward with the zip tie tail in the air.

Bought these to use for a Kids Dance Clinic my team hosted and they were prefect for our mini dancers! Just make sure not to cut the zip tie off. We did trim the end down though so it wasn't sticking out. They did take a bit of time to fluff out, but they worked great!
