All of Del Monte's vegetable and bean blends are delicious but also too salty. They make a great side dish or main course served with rice, but I do not like having so much salt--I could add salt at the table, so why load a canned product with something it does not need?

I live in a small town and I had never seen these Del Monte vegetables in the store so decided I would give it a try and am so glad I did. These are quite tasty, and I like the fact there is more than one type of vegetables in the can. I also use them in casseroles or in a chicken pot pie. They are flavored really nice.
