As described and unbelievably happy kids. Fast and easy install (4 hands would have been helpful, but one set was ok). Two notes - would have been unable to mount two on bikes with a chain guard, and the stickers don't stick very well.

This is really just a glorified card in the spokes. As stupid and expensive as it is, my son LOVES it and it is worth the money to see the smile on his face as he noisily rides by on his bike. :-D
