I purchased one for an "Ideal Crane" truck mounted type hoist. The pendant control cable was pretty banged up and wires were exposed. This wireless unit was the perfect choice for this application. The unit interfaced easily with the hoist and hydraulic control solenoids. The manual is not clear but I was able to figure out. Be mindful, counted 8 logic pulse initiated outputs, 2 steady state outputs (on, off), and 1 pulse output in series with steadystate "on" output. Works great, professional wireless feature. Like magic...

Electronically it functions well. The buttons arent super positive (kinda mushy) but the case seems to be reasonably watertight. The bumpers on the corner are very hard and stiff. It would be nice if they were a bit softer and more rubber based. the antennae and receiver seem to work very well. we have tested it up to about 150ft away and it worked just fine. The magnetic safety switch has very light magnets causing it to fall out and disconnect the remote occasionally but it is a nice safety feature. After a few months of use i will update the review.
Remote is Not Water Proof

Set up wasn't to hard, little trial and error to get your wires right but after that it works great. Has a plastic sleeve to go over the remote and if you take the remote apart is seems weather tight......All except for the little plastic key at the bottom of the remote that turns it on. That is not water tight and any bit of water on it and the whole remote is shot. I'd really like to be able to buy another remote and not have to buy the whole set-up again. If the remote was water proof I'd give it 5 stars.
