I like the size, it is what I was looking for. It looks good. But the plastic parts are fragile. Within a couple months the plastic piece that pushes the flush mechanism for the low flow flush broke off. So that doesn't work. And the plastic parts that go around the bolts to hold the seat on also broke. The seat just slides all over the place.

Overall, a very well designed united perfect to fit into a small bathroom. I recommend several changes and caution notes for the installation. First, the water supply line needs to be fixed to the unit before placing the unit down on to the hill down bolts. This was not made very clear - instruction says "hand tighten only", which is incorrect as once the unit is set, this nut is unaccessible. Also, once the unit was down over the hold down bolts, access to tightened the nut was extremely difficult. Since the hold down bolts were too long, I first tried a deep socket but there wasn't enough room for the deep socket and the ratchet to go through the access opening. I tried an open end 14 mm wrench but the lower lip of the access hole was too high to allow a grip on the nut to tighten. The access hole need to be lowered so a box end wrench could tighten these nuts or made slightly larger to allow a deep socket and ratchet to clear the hole. I ended up hand tightening with the deep socket and hope that will be sufficient. Also the plastic flange bolt caps are totally unnecessary since the bolts are hidden once the access hole covers are installed.

The happy surprises are that the cover of the bowl is a hard plastic, not flimsy; also, the toilet is very quiet and quick. The unhappy surprise was that even though the longest and widest dimensions listed are correctly overall, the rounded base under the bowl left concrete floor space that I had to hire someone to tile to go with the rest of the bathroom floor. The older toilet covered more floor space even though it was the same length. So be sure to measure what you need between the longest and widest parts of the bowl, and the rounded support part under the bowl which is not as long as the top of the bowl and seat.

The other unhappy surprise is that the seat with lid moves toward the back and cannot be re-set easily where it belongs; and in trying to replace the seat-lid, the plastic broke. Looking for options for replacement. Might update this review later.

I purchased this *complete* set of hook-up-needed items for a reasonable price. First two days, all worked well. I really like that it is quiet and quick. After that, problems to deal with.

I bought this two years ago and it's been absolutely perfect in terms of aesthetic and how well it fits in my tiny bathroom! No clogs, super sleek.

The only issue I've had is that the connection from the seat to the bowel was unsecured. The bracket on the bowl broke pretty easily.

However, HOROW was very quick to respond to my concerns and offered to send me the updated seat and hardware. I am so grateful for their doing this for me. Excellent customer service goes a long way!

Unboxing - it looked nice , most basics were already installed. In the middle of a remodel and really need this part of it done in one day. I checked all the parts and not surprising that some were plastic including the seat. After an easy install , put on the seat. Man did it made the whole toilet seemed cheap after sitting on it the first time . Tightened things up , still moved around. When wiping, seat moves to one side or the other to the point of almost falling off the toilet. I right away Emailed for suggestions for a different seat from Customer Service Email. No Answer , which is pretty disappointing. Its been over a week , have not heard anything. So I went and read others reviews on this exact item. And it sounds like people been having same issues on seats . Not comfortable , cheaply breakable parts , and the company has not a Damn thing about this issue for years now ! I wished I would have read all the reviews before buying this. Its really looking like your stuck with this Horrible Seat because ots an Unusual shaped seat ! So instead , one would need to re install a whole new Toilet because of a seat issue ? Which we will after our project is done. I would not recommend this to anyone. Customer Service sucks , no other options and yes a waste of time and Money !! Toilet is good , thats the 2 stars. Sad , very Sad choice we made !

Update :
After about a month , these guys emailed me apologize about my Rant on the Crappy Toilet seat that came with my original purchase. So they took responsibility and issued me a new and much sturdier seat , comfortable and does not move around much like the original bubble gum machine seat that came with it first . But I'm still a little disappointed that this had to happen in the first place. Its only common sense. Why build a nice functioned toilet and not have the what probably is the most important to most people THE SEAT !! THATS WHAT SELLS TO THE MAJORITY . So I added another Star to this product for the Consideration to the peoples needs from Customer service and the staff. Maybe ? just make the Nicer seat a Standard thing , then you can have happier customers? I read more reviews from YEARS ago , with the same exact Rant from people, the seat sucks ! Yet not do anything about it ? Don't get it . Thank you for making this Right ! Bit fix this ongoing problem already. Its not always about quantity but Quality!!
