Used daily for multiple pairs of soaked-with-sweat and sometimes with rain or snow nordic ski boots from November-April, cleats from March December, snowboots, rollerblades, rollerski boots, tennis shoes, track shoes, gloves, mittens, hats, etc A few
of our teen sons have horrifically smelly, sweaty feet. This machine dries quickly and has significantly reduced smell and rot. We used to spend hours propping this stuff in front of fans and heaters, but no longer! When the heat function stopped, but was under warranty, we mailed it to the company, and received it back 3 days later with heat and timer dial fixed. Excellent service. I hope those things don't break again though. They also should have paid shipping to them.

I don't know what kind of black magic goes on inside this thing but it works. I was very skeptical because it sounded too good to be true. I decided to take a chance on it because amazon is good about accepting returns and the reviews are almost universally positive. I had the perfect thing to test on it once it arrived. My son's horrendously stinky lacrosse gloves. I normally don't want to be in the same room with these things so I figured if it could conquer this stench, it should be able to handle anything. It worked. After the first cycle, they went from vomit inducing to merely unpleasant. After the second cycle, there was just a hint of something being off. After the third cycle, nothing. No odor at all. I am not making this up. If I would not have seen it myself I would not have believed it either, but it really works. I don't know how, because it seems impossible to me, but it works.
Be advised that you probably don't want to be breathing whatever this thing is spewing out. I put it just inside an open garage door while in use. I can still smell it when I go in the garage even with the door open. Its not an offensive smell, but it is noticable, and since it is powerful enough to remove the stench of death, I'm sure I don't want to breathe it. Overall an outstanding product. I highly recommend this!

Nice unit, a huge upgrade with the fan and timer from the one we previously had. Nice adjustable tubes let you use it for things like hip boots or muck boots as well as general shoes and gloves. Ozone feature is nice as well and as a skeptic I would converted when it turned my kids rank gloves and boots into fields of roses. OK not quite, but at least I can allow them in the house now.

The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth the money. Ozone does actually work and put off ozone smell and does kill odors in work boots. Heat function gets a little warm buttttt after 3 years it's done for ( for me anyway ) the timer is like most of them and breaks and recently the heat stopped working but depending on where the button is for the heat it'll work.. BUT it tried catching fire. Would i recommend? Yes. But I'd love to see improvements such as a fuse inside of it for both heat and ozone functions and a digital timer possibly so the timer will last longer.

This shoe drier has been one of my better purchases over the last few years. I hadn't quite imagined how much I'd use it"¦i figured I'd only really use the drier after a day of hiking through wet conditions, but since I realized how quickly and easily I can dry shoes now, I often hose and brush off my tennis shoes and stick them on the drier for about 2 hours. I used to hesitate before wearing clean shoes into dirt and muck, but I pretty much don't care about that anymore"¦not that I'm purposefully going to trounce through mud. I can't really comment on the Ozone feature as I just haven't really used it recently enough for an opinion. This drier is pretty expensive, but if you're a dirty/wet shoe person, I think the cost is definitely worth it so long as it continues to last a long time.
