These are great and work well. But you can't wash them (the foam gets all messed up). And after a few months the foam gets all messed up with out washing them.

Don't understand the size chart though. My thigh is at least 3 inches over the largest one, and they fit, could have even gone a size down.

They fit ok. I used these for softball for my knees and shins when i play the i field for protection. The only negative is I would like the upper part of the sleeve to be longer because when running they start slipping down and i find myself pulling them up constantly after a long run like running out a triple. I may try out the entire pants version of these if I can find them. These are good for the price.

I use these when climbing. It has a low profile so they can be worn under my climbing pants. The protection is great to keep nicks and scrapes off my shin and knees.
Would not use these for anything with more impact like hockey.
I clean them by hand washing and soaking in oxy clean overnight. Dampen with water and leave them out in the sun keeps them smelling fresh between washes
If you damped the gel before you pull them all the way on, it will adhere better.
