I ordered these since I had some wall space next to my bathroom door, which is directly next to the shower door. They came with hardware to hang them, and hanging them was very easy.
Place the bracket the hanger mounts to up where you want it. It's always good to find a stud in the wall to mount it to, but since in my case, the heaviest thing these would be holding is a towel or pair of jeans. Once you have the bracket where you want it, mark your holes. If mounting to a stud you won't need the anchors, but if there isn't a stud where you want to mount this, drill a pilot hole slightly smaller than your anchors. Carefully pound the anchors in, put the bracket up and screw it into the anchors. Once you're done, back the set screw out on the actual hanger, place onto the bracket, orient it the way you want it, then tighten the set screw.
I don't regret buying these at all.
