Pierced my lobe for a second hole the other day with these needles. I hesitated for awhile, but in the end I gathered the needles, gloves, hydrogen peroxide, my jewelry, scissors, and a pen.
I used the scissors to cut the plastic cap off the end of the catheter after removing the needle, and using it the guide the jewelry.
I would definitely buy a pack of these again for another set of piercings!
